At NGV design store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused and in resellable condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
